Hi, I would like to take this time to say "Thank You" for visiting my site and tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in the upper peninsula of Michigan. My cooking adventure started at the age of seven when I received an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas. It is from that moment that my obsession with cooking started. I was blessed with having a truly diverse ethnic family. One of my grandmothers was Polish and the other Bulgarian. It was through their teaching along with my mother that I learned a broad variety of cooking techniques.

I graduated Ferris State University with a degree in radiologic sciences. I moved to Texas in 1987 and worked as an x-ray/ct-scan technologist for 13 years. I loved my career in the health care field, but elements in our lives change and we must change with them. I started my personal chef service July of 1998, out of the love and obsession I have for cooking, along with the flexibility it would give with being a wife and mother. I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association. It is my goal and commitment to give you outstanding service and the finest food value.
