The Wooden Spoon starts with a comprehensive interview to
determine food preferences, as well as any dietary requirements. This information is the basis
for customized menus. As your personal chef, we will shop for and prepare nutritious dinners
using the freshest ingredients available. We will prepare nine to ten dinner entrees plus
side dishes for two persons right in your own kitchen. If you have children or guests, let us know ahead of time ...
we'll prepare for them also! We have our own cookware and utensils
so no need to worry about that. Upon completion, all dinners are labeled, refrigerated or frozen and
come with complete reheating instructions. We will leave your kitchen just the way we found it!
